The Royal Enclosure guidelines advise headpieces 4 inches / 10 cm minimum in diameter. That said, we've noticed, most female members choose bigger and more elegant hats. How do I secure a large brimmed hat?

This extra large black hat consists of a large black fascinator, a sturdy metal-core satin headband, and a metal hairclip.

The metal headband is strong, adjustable, and can be bent to fit your head perfectly. We never use flimsy plastic headbands. While the headband is secure on its own, we also include a metal hairclip for windy weather (or active dancing). Simply place the clip under the hat to fasten the headband to your hair, keeping it completely hidden.
