Refund policy
1. The Customer has the right to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting Entire Empire Ltd. In case of cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
2. The Customer has the right to return an item within 7 days from receipt of the goods according to the following procedure:
2.1. The Customer notifies Entire Empire by e-mail,
2.2. Entire empire Ltd issues a returns number and a UK returns address,
2.3. Upon receiving the returns number the Customer should:
- pack the item and the invoice into a postage box and a plastic bag,
- send the item to Entire Empire Ltd.
- provide Entire Empire Ltd. with the postage tracking number.
3. The Customer bears the costs of returning the item,
4. Upon receiving the item in unused, undamaged, as-sold condition with all labels intact, Entire Empire Ltd will refund the price of the item. P&P costs including delivery costs from the Seller to the Customer and return costs are not refunded.
5. Refunds are not issued if the item is damaged, worn, has make up marks or the headband is torn/damaged.
6. The date of the return postage should be within 7 days of the delivery of the item to the Customer. Refunds are not issued if the item is posted back to the Seller outside of the 7 days returns window.
